My journey to becoming a stylist began with a minor in photography. I became very interested in portraiture and I started experimenting with makeup on my subjects. That lead to a desire to learn about hair - cutting, color, styling and ultimately creating a total look.

I enrolled at the Aveda Institute in 2006 and became a licensed cosmetologist. Since then I have worked at a large Aveda salon, I've been the Technical Director for Organic Salon Systems and finally I've become a salon owner.

My vision for the salon is to be eco-conscious, offer outstanding service, stay on top of the current trends, and continue my education so that I may constantly improve my craft.
